These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by textklar.com, offered by Markus Langlotz, Herznach AG, Switzerland. By booking proofreading, editing, or any text service, you accept the following conditions:

1. Scope of Services

The services offered include proofreading (spelling, grammar, punctuation), editing (style, expression, clarity), and related text-based services. The exact scope is determined by the booked package or the individual agreement via email.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed on the website and are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment is made before work begins via Twint, credit card, or Payrexx (prepayment). A payment is considered a booking.

3. Delivery and Deadlines

Processing begins upon receipt of payment. The delivery deadline will be agreed upon individually or will be based on the booked package. Express orders are possible upon request.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

All work is performed with the utmost care. Nevertheless, no guarantee of completeness or freedom from errors can be assumed. Liability for consequential damages is excluded. The client remains responsible for the content of their texts.

5. Privacy Policy

All submitted texts and personal data will be treated confidentially and not shared with third parties. The Privacy Policy applies in addition.

6. Copyrights

The copyrights to the submitted texts remain with the client. By placing an order, textklar.com is granted the right to process the text within the scope of the order.

7. Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Herznach AG (AG), Switzerland.
